TUV T8 lamps are double-ended lamps emitting UV-C light at a wavelength of 253.7 nm. TUV T8 lamps provide almost constant UV-C light throughout their entire life. In addition, they have a long and reliable life, which allows maintenance to be planned in advance. Warnings and safety • A lamp breaking is extremely unlikely to have any impact on your health. If a lamp breaks, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and remove the parts, preferably wearing gloves. Place them in a sealed plastic bag and take them to your local waste disposal site for recycling. Do not use a vacuum cleaner. • DANGER: Ultraviolet product of risk group 3. These lamps emit high-power UV radiation that can cause serious skin and eye damage. Avoid contact with eyes and unshielded skin. Use only in an enclosed environment that protects users from radiation. • Plants and/or materials that are exposed to UV-C and/or ozone for long periods of time may be damaged and/or discolored.
